Tantric sex – Tantric exercises for maximum sexual stamina

Tantric sex is now in the spotlight, but what is it and how can it help your love life? Read on and find out, it’s not what many people think.

We have to make it clear that we are writing about neo-Tantra, or New Age Tantra. It would take years to master classical Hindu and Buddhist tantra, and in any case, without a living teacher to guide your progress, you would quickly lose interest or drift.

Neo-Tantra, as it is called, is a fusion of yogic principles and today’s busy life.

They can be reconciled, and then when applied to everyday events, like lovemaking, the action becomes meditative, spontaneous, and very intimate.

One prolongs the act of lovemaking and focuses rather than dissipates the powerful orgasmic energies moving through you, thus raising the level of your consciousness.

To help achieve this, the man needs to have adequate ejaculatory control, the woman needs to have control over her vagina and womb, and both partners need adequate breathing control. Gaining this kind of self-control over your body and breath also applies to your higher nature, and that’s why Tantra (classical or neo) works.

In addition to enhanced lovemaking powers, you will find that your sexual stamina also increases when engaging in tantric sex.

The deer exercise

The deer has been observed in the forest constantly performing a

similar movement as described below, and has been attributed not only to the deer’s great sexual strength and stamina, but also to its lifelong youthful appearance. It can also give men great control over ejaculation and women greater gripping control inside their vaginas.

This exercise is performed by both men and women (this is also known as a Kegel exercise). Prolapse (loosening of the muscles) of the anus is believed by many yogis to be a cause of premature aging.

Therefore, maintaining the strength of this muscle can help you stay young.

To do the Deer Exercise, squeeze and hold the muscles that help you hold urine. When you sit down and tense these muscles, you feel them between your scrotum and anus. The muscles are repeatedly flexed and released during a specific count; say at 15, then relaxed for the same period. You can do these exercises anywhere and everywhere, in complete privacy, and the results can be understood almost immediately.

The Three Breath Rejuvenation Exercise

This exercise can give you not only control over ejaculation, but also surprisingly refreshes you every time you do it. It can (and should) be done multiple times throughout the day. Women will also find that with greater breath control, their orgasms become more intense, longer lasting and more frequent.

To start, close your left nostril and inhale through your right for a specific count, say 5 to start. Be rhythmic and consistent in your count. After you have inhaled, close both nostrils and hold your breath for a count of 5. Then release your right nostril and exhale for a count of 5.

Without pausing, repeat inhaling through the right nostril and exhaling (after holding) through the left. Do this at least 10 times. As you do, feel your body fill with the universal energy (imagine it at least) and you will feel a real tingle on the sixth repeated set.

If you do no more than the previous two exercises, you will have achieved more success than you expected.

The next time you have a sexual encounter, your toned Kegel muscles and your body, full of universal energy, will function much better.

In neo-Tanta this translates to taking your time, enjoying the situation to the fullest and feeling the wonderful energy of your partner and rising to new heights.
