How to increase breast size without surgery

Oh well, who doesn’t want beautiful breasts? But don’t confuse the term beauty with size. In my personal experience consisting of various photos and videos of different models, I like shapely breasts, not bigger ones. As I have recently observed, women are choosing the option of surgery or breast implants more than ever before. In the last year there were approx. 300,000 breasts implanted in the US alone and I really don’t understand why women are becoming more body conscious than attitude conscious. It is the attitude that drives a person towards you or away from you. The allure of physical beauty will not last if it is mixed with an accusatory attitude, irrationality and a lack of understanding with your partner. What a partner wants is understanding and peace in a relationship. And if it also acquires a touch of beauty then obviously the attachment will increase. But beauty can only increase attachment, it cannot create attachment. Only a person can create attachment for her attitude and responses. Well, this is the tips part. Now back on topic, here are some simple ones that I’m going to try myself starting tomorrow.

1. Well, the first exercise should be the easiest. Jump rope without wearing a bra, just wear a t-shirt. Start by doing half an hour a day and see the miracle happen in a week.

2. There’s another, if you’re lazy to jump rope (like me), you can do it while sitting down to your favorite morning TV show. Take hand weights, I usually prefer to take two heavy pots and start by raising your hands above your head and slowly bending your elbows and stopping when the pots are level with your cheeks. As you lower your hands, feel as if you are filling your lungs with ears to their maximum limit, and exhale when your hands are level with your cheeks. Now raise your hands while pushing the weight up and repeat the above. Do it 10 times a day and 3 times a week again without wearing a bra. The difference will be seen in a week.

3. Now the important part is that you take any of your bras as a standard measurement because you can’t measure the beauty or firmness of the breasts through an inch tape or just by touch. So wear any simple cotton bra that your breasts look average or normal in and take a picture of them before starting any of the above courses. Now take another photo with the same bra after a week and compare them. If you see any difference, it means that the strategy is working for you.
