Disfea, my shortness of breath at night and fish oil

Hello. I am going to tell you about my experiences with asthma, exercise, and my nighttime breathing experiences. Then I’ll explain what I did, so I can get a good night’s sleep, and even reduce my snoring! I am not a doctor nor do I give them advice. However, we do live in America, where we have some freedoms to speak, and pragmatically that should mean that we should have goodwill with each other. While training for the Olympic Judo trials years ago, I would go to sleep at night after a good exercise with a headache, and sometimes I would wake up gasping and sitting up without feeling very good about going back to bed. As time went on, I found myself sitting up in bed trying to catch my breath more and more often. After doing some research, I discovered that I had many allergies that aggravated my breathing, such as dog hair, dog dander, dust mites, and most of all, house dust. (Try to escape from that one). I had also become intolerant to many dairy products such as cheese, milk, and even chocolate. I found that if I took too much of any of these products, I would wake up gasping for air in the middle of the night, especially if I had been exercising that night. The combination of exercising and eating the wrong things was deadly for me.

Fast forward 25 years and there I was at ground zero. There are no results for anything. I admit that in the past I had found temporary relief in the middle of the night with antihistamines and allergy pills, but I only used them in emergencies because I don’t like taking them. After having an exercise-induced asthma attack, my body was vibrating and nervous in the middle of the night, making it difficult to sleep once my sleep had been disturbed by an attack. This was very stressful and I wasn’t sure what to do about it.

I was watching TV about a year ago after falling asleep and waking up without breathing, I went to the web to do a search for anything (natural), no drugs I could take, knowing the odds were against me after all . I hadn’t found anything to date, that did much, and guess what? I found what works for me and I want to share it with you. FISH OIL !!! I had it in my bathroom all the time. The omega-3 fatty acids (fish oil) were from Trader Joe’s, and I took 3 at a time just before I went to sleep after working out, eating chocolate, having a bowl of ice cream, and smothering my face on my skin. dog. I slept like a baby and didn’t get up except to go to the bathroom once. Fish oil doesn’t clear my breath 100 percent, but I’d say it improves my breathing by at least 90 percent. Praise God for this wonderful gift. By the way, I haven’t been woken up in the middle of the night, not even once, in the last year, so speaking for myself, I’m calling this a victory!

There are many more articles on the net and I invite you to investigate the benefits of fish oil and asthma. There is a lot of good information.
